welcome signMy name is Beth and I blog at I Should Be Folding Laundry and have been for about 140 years. I've been designing blogs since Spring of 2008, but 2 Bird Designs is brand new to me.

I offer designs for Etsy shop owners, Blogger templates and twitter pages. (this means I do not work with Wordpress or Typepad but I know many people who do, a list of those designers will be coming soon!)
I'm just a basic designer, nothing fancy, see the list of the design services I offer here.

Oh and for the fine print...all design payments must be made when placing your order, I will only take 2-3 clients at a time, so if you see the "queue is closed" sign up, just come back in a few days. If you are a client, please make sure you are able to respond to me as soon as possible so we can make the design process sassy and swift. I love sassy and swift.

Like to get started? Go here and place your order!

about me

I'm less than a week away from turning 33. I promise I don't care how old I am. I have a 7 year old daughter and a six year old son, they were born less than a year apart from each other. They are very good friends.

Speaking of good friends, I've been married to my good friend, Brian for ten years, we've been through everything together and we are usually still on speaking terms. (okay, always.)

In 2008, we lost our twin sons, James & Jake during my 19th week of pregnancy. It was (and still is) a devastating loss but through their deaths we have learned so much about life. Oh and that's how I came up with the name of this little design spot of mine - 2 bird designs. Inspired by them.

And finally, I'm super pregnant with a little, tiny, good smelling boy who is set to make his appearance on March 29th via c-section. I reckon my queue will be closed for a little while at that point. You understand, right?

Too bad no wordpress.

I am sorry for your loss. A good friend of mine who is an artist lost her 10 year old daughter. Since then she in a hidden way incorporates her daughter's name somewhere in each of her artwork.

Nice that you are finding a way to commemrate your sons as well.

Good luck with your venture and have an easy birth.
